DTV2009.gov (The Government) wants to help you keep your analog TV from becoming the hunk of junk that it is, by pre-emptively offering a $40 coupon so that you can buy a Digital to Analog converter in preparation for the February 17, 2009 switch. Here is the eligibility list for this coupon.
